Brady up there with the best of the bunch

-

The soaring heights being achieved by NFL quarterback Tom Brady has already put him right up there with some of world sport’s highest flyers.

Brady has been with the Pats since he was drafted in 2000 and the 40-year-old has since gone on to be named Super Bowl MVP an incredible four times, as well as two-time NFL MVP, enjoying a 77% win record across the 287 games played during his career.

Brady up there with the best of the bunch

Eyeing up a potential sixth Super Bowl victory this weekend, Brady and his side take on Philadelphia Eagles. However, his talent and accomplishments are so impressive that his achievements transcend the barriers of the NFL and Brady can now surely be regarded in the same echelon of sporting legends like Roger Federer and Floyd Mayweather, as not just the best in each of their sports but as the best of all-time sport.

His 77% career win percentage surpasses the figures of serious sporting royalty like Tiger Woods, David Beckham and Michael Schumacher.

This current generation of athletes has among them some of the greatest and most prolific athletes in history and, with no signs of slowing down, the quarterback has not only etched his name into the NFL history books, but can also consider himself one of the best sportsmen of all time.
